Morgan Lewis partner Sabine Konrad was interviewed by the International Financial Law Review for an article about bilateral investment treaties after Brexit. "Leaving the EU would mean the intra-EU BITs the UK has with other EU member states will cease to be intra-EU, and are then BITs with third states," Sabine said. "This BIT protection could in turn contribute to the UK being seen as hub for investments into the EU."
