MaLora McCullough coordinates all aspects of Morgan Lewis’s diversity and inclusion programs, including developing and implementing initiatives for recruiting, retaining, and mentoring the firm’s diverse workforce. She collaborates with the firm’s Diversity & Inclusion Committee and firmwide affinity groups and works closely with practice group leaders, partners, and other key stakeholders to provide direction to diversity-related efforts. MaLora also coordinates efforts to create and enhance external partnerships to support diversity and inclusion both at the firm and in support of clients.
Previously, MaLora was special counsel for initiatives at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York. In her more than 20 years in the legal industry, she has practiced and held key positions at other large law firms, often working on diversity initiatives. She played a significant role in the implementation of the New York City Bar Association's Committee to Enhance Diversity in the Profession's landmark "Statement of Diversity Principles." This document continues to be the most influential articulation of ideals for diversity hiring, promotion, and retention in the legal industry.
