Aset Shyngyssov concentrates his practice on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), finance, capital markets, banking, and infrastructure transactions. Aset handles transactions in Kazakhstan and throughout Central Asia involving clients in the oil and gas, energy, banking, and telecommunications industries. Chambers, Legal 500, and International Financial Law Review consistently rank him among the top Kazakhstan lawyers for his experience in natural resources, corporate and finance law. The managing partner of Morgan Lewis’s Almaty and Nur-Sultan offices, Aset speaks English, Russian, and Kazakh.
